Review workflow
Step 1
State the plan on chart
Mark the proposed entry, invalidation, and target area before requesting a verdict.
Step 2
Check the declared thesis
The mentor evaluates visible structure and the marked plan through your Strategy Lens.
Step 3
Own the final decision
Review the observed facts, answer the clarifying question, and decide whether to keep, revise, or reject the plan.
What to make explicit
Entry timing
A technically valid idea can still be late at the proposed entry.
Invalidation
A stop should represent where the trade idea is wrong, not a convenient amount of room.
Nearby opposing structure
A target needs room before the next obvious decision area.
The review is a decision checkpoint
ChartMentor is a pre-entry TradingView mentor. It reads the visible chart and your declared plan, then separates facts, questions, playbook conflicts, and your decision.
A useful answer challenges the weakest assumption
Not every plan needs approval. A specific question about missing evidence or invalidation is more useful than a vague confidence score because it forces the thesis to become testable.
Next step
Review the setup while it is still optional.
